Annabelle is a third-generation real estate professional and proud Seattle native, born and raised in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Real estate runs deep in her family—her father, Pat Grimm, has long served as the Designated Broker of Windermere Real Estate Capitol Hill, and her grandmother, Georgia Grimm, who worked as a Broker for Wallace and Wheeler in the 1970’s – 80’s. Annabelle has been immersed in the business from an early age. At just nine years old, she was answering weekend calls at the brokerage, laying the foundation for her strong work ethic and appreciation for cultivating lasting relationships.
Annabelle has always had an intense drive, and when she sets her mind on something, she’s determined to do it well. Annabelle brings those early lessons to her work today, providing her clients with thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and deep expertise in the Seattle market. Her approach and extensive resources ensure that every client feels supported throughout the buying or selling process.
Upon graduating from Washington State University in 2021 she joined the team at Van Wyck and Porter, where she focused on refining her marketing skills. Her marketing expertise ranges from copywriting, content creation, digital media, and design, to data analysis and SEO, giving Annabelle the ability to market a wide variety of home types.
Today, Annabelle works as a Residential Sales Specialist on the VWP Real Estate team. Working with local Seattle developers to support the listing process on new construction homes, Annabelle & her team have successfully closed 229 transactions in the last 12 months.
Over the years Annabelle has found herself working in many facets of the business, including staging/design consultation, new construction single-family homes, and luxury high-rise condominium listings. She enjoys helping others achieve their goal of homeownership and working with everyone – first time home buyers, repeat buyers, sellers, and even homeowners who need help updating/maintaining their current home.
With her unique and clear insight into the local market, Annabelle is well-equipped to advise her clients to make informed decisions about their real estate transactions throughout the Seattle and Bellevue areas. Her excellent communication skills, professional customer service, and deep marketing knowledge come together to heighten her ability to help buyers and sellers to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Annabelle enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling to new places, going to live music shows and being in the great outdoors. You can often find her in the Cascade Mountains - camping with friends in the summer, hiking on the weekends or skiing in the winter months.
